From the Desk of the President
Shelby Metro FOP Lodge 51
On behalf of the Shelby Metro FOP Lodge 51, I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who played a role in making this year’s Shop with a Cop event such a tremendous success. The turnout was truly wonderful and a testament to what can be accomplished when our law enforcement family and community come together with a shared purpose.
I would like to express a special thank you to the dance team who partnered with us during Shop with a Cop. Your support and involvement helped our Law Enforcement Officers assist the children throughout the event, creating an atmosphere filled with excitement, encouragement, and joy. Your dedication and positive energy made a meaningful difference and greatly added to the overall experience for the children and families we served.
I am incredibly proud of my fellow Law Enforcement Officers who continue to make Shelby Metro FOP Lodge 51 what it is today. Your commitment to supporting the community you live and work in is unmatched. By donating your time, energy, and compassion, you demonstrated true selflessness and helped ensure that so many children were able to experience a brighter and more memorable Christmas.
I would also like to personally thank our active members for their continued support and for helping make this entire process a smooth and successful transition. Your willingness to step up, assist where needed, and work together exemplifies the strength and unity of our Lodge.
Finally, I want to recognize those Law Enforcement Officers who went above and beyond, working tirelessly behind the scenes to make Shop with a Cop possible. A special thank you to Brother Hunter Beckley and his wife, Brother Chris Kleymeyer and his family, Brother Kyle Creek, and Brother Sean Franklin. Without your dedication and the countless hours you put into this event, accomplishing such a successful Shop with a Cop would have been extremely difficult.
Thank you all for your service, your generosity, and your unwavering commitment to our community. It is an honor to serve alongside each of you.
Respectfully,
James Fetty
President
